Who we are
Burahard is a product of Burakorn Partners Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in Thailand under Ministry of Commerce license number 0105565005581, headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. We build local AI workstation hardware for developers, entrepreneurs and businesses who want to run AI agents without cloud dependency. References to "we", "us" or "Burahard" in this policy refer to Burakorn Partners Co., Ltd.
What data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate this website and fulfil purchase inquiries. This includes: • Contact information you voluntarily submit (name, email address) via inquiry forms. • Technical data automatically collected when you visit — IP address, browser type, referring URL and pages visited — processed in aggregate and never linked to an individual. • Cookie and consent preference, stored locally in your browser. We do not collect payment card data directly. Any payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor.
How we use your data
We use collected data to: • Respond to product inquiries and pre-sales questions. • Understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve the website (analytics, with your consent only). • Meet legal obligations under applicable Thai and international data protection law.
